Mindbound
Rocco Demonte
Not many people know Rocco is the Emperor's son. This is mostly because Valerio chose to keep him hidden from the unavoidable press and nosy reporters. Thanks to that, Rocco was able to live a fairly normal life. Ever since he was young, Cario has been teaching him how to use his levitation and teleportation powers, which is one of the reasons why he's mastered them so well now. Once he was old enough, he decided to join the ground forces and became a very successful scout. He almost never gets caught but when he does, he can simply teleport away without worry.
