Shokuminchi Kokka
Shokuminchi Kokka is a nation filled to the brim with technology that surpasses most other nations, though, most tech they have is just a cheap inspired copy of things they've seen elsewhere. Despite that, they do have some great inventions of their own such as the airboards. The airboards are often used to ride the strong wind currents around Kokka's floating islands, which cover a large part of the nation, so this piece of original Kokkan technology never fails to sell out.
